Unarmed Security Officer - Waimea, HI

American Guard Services (AGS) is currently hiring Unarmed Security Officers in Waimea, Hawaii . We are seeking dependable, observant, and customer-focused professionals to provide security services and help maintain a safe environment for clients, employees, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols of assigned properties.
• Monitor for suspicious activity, safety concerns, and unauthorized access.
• Enforce site rules and security procedures.
• Maintain accurate daily activity logs and incident reports.
• Respond to emergencies and report incidents promptly.
• Provide professional customer service and assistance to visitors and employees.
• Communicate effectively with management, clients, and local authorities when necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Hawaii Guard Card required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Previous security experience is preferred but not required.
