Hampton Dental Group, PC is hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) for a full-time or part-time position at our patient-focused office in Southampton, NY. The role offers a competitive and flexible hourly wage scale ranging between $50–65/hr, directly aligned with your clinical background.

• Take ownership of your schedule and contribute to a strong hygiene program
What We’re Looking For
• Active New York State RDH license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• A polished, warm, and professional chairside presence
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to clinical excellence
• Comfort in a relationship-driven, low-volume environment
Compensation & Benefits
• $45–$50 per hour, based on experience
• 10% employer contribution toward retirement (401(k) + cash balance plan after eligibility)

• Consistent weekday schedule — no evenings or weekends

Pay is based on experience and qualifications.
Benefits Holiday Pay: Paid holiday benefits are provided for part-time team members.

Working Hours: Schedule is flexible with options for full-time or part-time commitments. Practice operating hours run Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
